Your deep-tissue massage highlighted the way I have abused my body and why I need to keep drinking water! Thanks for taking the time to explain what you were doing, and not only treating my immediate pain, but discussing ways I can decrease my knots and tensions between massages.
Even 2 weeks later, I can still feel the difference in my upper muscles and have been doing your exercises in anticipation of my follow-up treatment.
